David W. Kammel is a professor and extension specialist at the Biological Systems Engineering Department at the UW-Madison, Cooperative Extension. David has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from UW-Madison.

David's areas of expertise include livestock housing, milking, feeding, and manure handling system design especially for dairy. David has been providing extension programs in the area of dairy modernization including low cost capital systems such as low cost swing parlors, housing and feeding systems design.
