Prerequisites: 6 credits in agricultural or biological sciences, 3 credits in math.  Livestock manure production, properties, collection, transport, storage, treatment and utilization. Regulations and environmental impacts. Systems for nutrient management and odor abatement.  Practical design criteria and procedures for planning livestock manure handling systems.  Materials fee, field trip Fee. Nonmajor graduate credit.
